3. Domain Registration & Renewal

3.1 Domain names are subject to availability and international registry rules (ICANN).
3.2 It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure timely renewal of domains. Aurora Digitz is not liable for domain loss due to expired renewals.
3.3 Domain registrations and renewals are non-refundable once processed.

4. Hosting Services

4.1 Hosting resources (disk space, bandwidth, email accounts) are allocated as per the chosen package.
4.2 Overuse or abuse of server resources may result in suspension or upgrade requirements.
4.3 Aurora Digitz is not responsible for data loss. Customers are strongly advised to maintain regular backups.

5. Payments & Refunds

5.1 All payments must be made in advance according to the selected package.
5.2 Payments are non-refundable unless explicitly stated under a money-back guarantee policy.
5.3 Failure to make timely payments may result in account suspension or termination.

6. Account Security

6.1 Customers are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials.
6.2 Aurora Digitz will not be liable for any damages arising from unauthorized account access due to negligence.

7. Limitation of Liability

7.1 Aurora Digitz will make reasonable efforts to ensure 99.9% uptime but does not guarantee uninterrupted service due to technical, security, or maintenance reasons.
7.2 We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from service usage or downtime.
