2.1 All domain name registrations, transfers, and renewals are non-refundable, as they are processed instantly with domain registries.
2.2 Once a domain is registered, Aurora Digitz cannot alter or cancel it. Customers are responsible for verifying spelling and extensions before purchase.

3. Hosting Services

3.1 Refund Period: Hosting plans may be eligible for a refund if canceled within 7 days of purchase, provided no violation of Terms of Service has occurred.
3.2 Non-Refundable Hosting Services:

• Renewals of hosting accounts
• Accounts suspended or terminated due to abuse, spam, or policy violations
• Setup or installation fees, if any

4. SSL Certificates & Add-On Services

4.1 SSL certificates and third-party add-ons (such as premium themes, licenses, or custom configurations) are non-refundable once activated or issued.

5. Cancellations

5.1 Customers may cancel services at any time through their client area or by contacting support.
5.2 Cancellation does not automatically entitle a customer to a refund unless it falls under the eligible refund period.
5.3 Upon cancellation, all associated data, emails, and backups will be permanently deleted. Customers are responsible for creating backups before requesting cancellation.

6. Payment Disputes & Chargebacks

6.1 Any payment dispute or chargeback filed with a bank or payment provider may result in immediate suspension or termination of services.
